The overall condition of the hotel appears worn, with stains visible on hallway carpets and issues like a blocked sink and unclean toilet in the room. No shampoo was provided in the shower dispenser, and the TV lacked certain channels like BBC 1. Not all aspects of breakfast were ready on time, including eggs and pastries, which can be a letdown for early risers. The lack of complimentary water in the room felt a bit off for a hotel of this caliber, and there were no mini-bar options. While the location is favorable, the experience did leave much to be desired given the price.

The room was huge and brilliant and offered shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The location was marvellous, for example, Fact was a 10-15 minute walk from the...

Fairly clean hotel with absolutely amazing employees on reception desk. Funky-style building, particularly good rooms with a double bed, a nice view. The location was unbeatable and stunning - very close to a zoo and eateries. Also, easy access to Royal Court...

Lovely building, nicely decorated common areas, including a vibrant bar area and an inviting lounge to enjoy a drink before exploring the nearby attractions like Matthew Street and the Docks.

Bright and brilliant room with great amenities, 2 windows and fantastic views as expected. Brilliant location, not very far from an old-school club.

The spacious room offered a comfy bed and a great power shower in the modern bathroom. The breakfast selection was excellent, with delicious salads. The room key issue was a minor hassle, although it was resolved quickly. The lobby area provided a nice, relaxed atmosphere, but the bar service could have been faster during busy hours.

The breakfast surprised us with its quality and variety. The city view from the room was fantastic and added a special touch to our stay.

The noise from the bar area made it hard to relax at night.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, the shower had constant hot water and the small fridge was very handy .

Noisy plumbing disrupting rest!!! Inconsistent room amenities affecting comfort!!! Dim lighting in rooms making tasks difficult!!! Bathrooms poorly configured for usability!!!

Great chat with the bartender, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby docks and shops.

Had a great stay with comfy beds and a cool bathroom setup. Enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop lounge and the fancy pool area, but sadly, the room was a bit dim with limited natural light. It was a fantastic experience, just remember to check for any nearby events that might cause road issues! 😊

It was just a nice choice for a passing visit in Liverpool with extraordinarily good value for money. The dining room staff members were attentive and helpful, made our meals enjoyable. Make sure to enjoy breakfast as it's the best meal offered.
